Terms
What this is
Durak is a card game made by DRK, playable as an app on iOS and Android and in the browser at play.drk.gg; this site, drk.gg, is its home. The game is free to play. You get a personal, non-transferable right to play it; you do not acquire ownership of anything in it. By playing you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You need to be old enough for the game's store rating where you live.
No accounts
There is nothing to sign up for. Your identity in the game is a name, a colour and a suit mark, and it lives on your phone. That has an honest consequence: if you delete the app or lose the phone, your purse, cosmetics, stats and ladder standing are gone, and we cannot restore them, because there is no account to restore them from. Kopek packs are consumable purchases, credited once on delivery.
Fair play and conduct
Play the game, not the players. Harassment, hate or threats toward other people are not tolerated, in names, messages or recordings.
Walking out of a live online game counts as a loss, and the table is told. Tables marked as cheating tables are a game mode: the sneaking and card-hiding there is rule-sanctioned play that every seat agreed to when they sat down, and it is not a violation of anything. Real cheating (automation, exploits, tampering with the connection or the game state) is banned.
We can remove content, void results, and refuse or end service to an install that abuses the game or the people in it.
Your content
Your table name, your messages, and your voice and video recordings are yours. You give us the technical permission to store and deliver them, which is what messaging is, under the rules in the privacy policy (consent on both sides, expiry, deletion on block). You promise what you send is lawful and does not harass anyone.
Everything can be reported with a long press, reports are reviewed by a human within a day, and section 3's remedies apply.
Disappearing media, and the one exception
Voice notes and video circles are built to disappear: at most two plays, at most 24 hours, gone sooner if either side blocks or removes the other. One exception exists, and we would rather say it than hide it: a recording that gets REPORTED is kept for up to 7 days so a human can review it and act on it. Without that, a takedown would be a fiction. By sending recordings you accept that trade.
Sharing publishes
Tapping the poster share on a finished game publishes that game: the replay (the deal, the moves, and the table name of every seat) goes up at a public watch link the moment the poster is made, so the picture you post can be watched as a game. If you or anyone at the table wants a shared game taken down, send the link to support@drk.gg.
Kopeks, packs and ads
Kopeks are the game's own coin. They are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out, and they buy cosmetics only. Money never buys an advantage at the cards, and there is nothing random for sale: one item, one price, stated once.
Kopek packs are consumable in-app purchases handled by Apple or Google at the price shown in their checkout; refunds follow the store's own policy. Rewarded ads are optional, capped per day, and pay the stated amount; an ad that fails or is abandoned pays nothing and costs nothing.
The catalog, prices and earn rates can change as the game grows; what you have already bought stays bought.
Ranked
Ranked runs in monthly seasons with a soft reset between them. Ratings are bound to the install that earned them (section 2). Deserting a ranked game books the loss. We may correct standings affected by abuse or malfunction.
Whose content is whose
The game's design, code, sounds and painted art are ours (nearly all of it is drawn and synthesized in code). The card faces are the open-licensed Vector Playing Cards and the display font is Russo One; their licenses, and everything else we owe thanks for, are on the credits page and inside the app. Do not extract or reuse the game's assets beyond what those licenses allow.
As is, liability, law
The game is provided as is, without warranties. Online features depend on servers and networks and may change, pause or end; we are a small operation and do not promise uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent your law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses that follow from the no-accounts design described in section 2. Nothing here limits what mandatory consumer law in your country grants you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes belong to Swedish courts, except where the mandatory law of your home country says otherwise.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is called out in the app's release notes. Playing after a change means accepting it.
